At Love Beauty and Planet, we want you to love your skin and hair care as much as we love the planet. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
